A federal judge ordered Cinelli’s Restaurant in Cary, NC to pay $88,000 in fines and a settlement for the sexual harassment of two former waitresses, according to a report in the News Observer. The women were subjected to a hostile work environment, which included a manager sinking his teeth into a waitress’ back side, the EEOC said.
The restaurant did not hire an attorney to defend itself. According to the new story, which follows below, they had no comment. And, you guessed it, not a peep on the pizza eatery’s Web site: http://www.cinellis-nc.com/
