College life is a thrilling time — filled with challenges, learning opportunities, growth and exploration. But for a pair women Yale students, it became a living, and-not-so-virtual, nightmare.
The women became the victims of vicious online attacks for the crime of, gasp, being women. Nothing was off limits: Not their race, family, gender, sexuality.
The women, thankfully, are fighting back. That’s a gutsy and remarkable move. True pioneers — I hope their nightmare helps to shine the light for others.
